Description of Facility:
|
This one story building adjacent to the pool, and centrally located in the
park, is a wonderful facility for residents. It offers full kitchen
facilities, including a dishwasher, refrigerator and In-Sink-Erator. The
large room that makes up the clubhouse can fit several tables and chairs
and is perfect for family get-togethers as well as company functions.
The room is cooled or heated by the central air system and has adequate
lighting from the west side of the building. Barbeque facilities are
just outside the door allowing the cooking to occur inside or outside.
Restrooms are accessible from both inside and outside the complex.
The clubhouse if often booked in advance so please call Transpacific
Management for details on reserving your next get together.
