Shadow Park consists of 394 homes and a park including
a clubhouse, pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, and a sand play
area. There are ten models of Ponderosa and Warmington
homes, with variations of each model. They range in size from approximately
1,750 to approximately 2,000 to 3,000 square feet.
